Hudson County Schools of Technology
The Hudson County Schools of Technology is a public school district based in North Bergen that offers career and vocational education for public high school students in ninth through twelfth grades and for adult students throughout Hudson County, New Jersey, United States.
As of the 2011–12 school year, the district's three schools had an enrollment of 1,274 students and 139.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.11:1.〔(District information for Hudson County Vocational School District ), National Center for Education Statistics. In September 2013, High Tech High School was one of 15 in New Jersey to be recognized by the United States Department of Education as part of the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program,〔(2013 National Blue Ribbon Schools All Public and Private ), pp. 15–17.
